1. Usage Limits

To ensure service quality for all users, URL Shortener by Dock implements the following usage limits:

Maximum of 1,000 URL shortening requests per day per store
Maximum URL length of 2,048 characters
Storage of shortened URLs for up to 12 months
Maximum of 100,000 link clicks per month

2. Prohibited Usage

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sharing malicious or harmful content
Spamming or bulk URL creation for automated systems
Sharing illegal or copyrighted content without permission
Creating URLs that impersonate other businesses or individuals
Sharing pornographic or adult content of any kind
Sharing content related to child exploitation or abuse
Sharing links to illegal or pirated software

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may occasionally affect service availability.

4. Data Retention

URL statistics and analytics data are retained for 12 months. Inactive shortened URLs may be removed after 12 months of no usage.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exceed usage limits consistently. Users will be notified before any such action is taken.
